\"\"Pastor Ethan Boese<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2020, I graduated from the Seminary and received my first call to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sanborn MN.\u00a0 My wife, Britani, and I have two daughters, Evelyn and Eliza. We are excited to call Nodine our new home and you our new neighbors. Most importantly we thank God for bringing you into our lives and for giving us the ability to call you brothers and sisters in Christ.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0 Mark Kutz, Principal -Principal, Grades 7-8<\/h3>\n

Mark Kutz graduated from Martin Luther College, New Ulm, in 1994. He previously taught at Niles, Illinois, and Sturgis, Michigan. He and his family came to Nodine in July 2004. Mark and Heidi have three grown children. Josh enjoys working for Fastenal in Winona. Ben teaches High School in Lacrescent, MN. Katie is attending MLC.\u00a0 Mr. Kutz is the Principal and teaches Grades 7-8. He enjoys archery, hunting, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, and trips to the BWCA in northern Minnesota.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Brad Hengeveld – Athletic Director, Grades 5-6<\/h3>\n

Mr. Hengeveld graduated from Martin Luther College in May 2021.\u00a0 He is from Lorimar, WI.\u00a0 He is teaching grades 5-6 and is also our Athletic Director.<\/p>\n

Heidi Kutz\u00a0 – Grades 3-4<\/h3>\n

Mrs. Kutz taught PreK at St. John’s from 2010-2016.\u00a0 She returned in 2025 to teach Grades 3-4.\u00a0 She is married to Mark Kutz, our principal.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span>Jenny Zenke – Grades 1-2<\/span><\/h3>\n

Jenny (Green) Zenke graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, in 1993.\u00a0 She taught 1st-2nd Grade here at St. John’s for five years.\u00a0 \u00a0In 2021, Jenny returned to St. John’s to teach 1st and 2nd Grade. Jenny and her husband Garth have three grown children, Cole, Brianna, and Dominic and live near LaCrescent, MN.<\/p>\n

Kathy Miller – Kindergarten<\/h3>\n

Kathy (Dobrunz) Miller is our Kindergarten teacher.\u00a0\u00a0 She is also an Orton-Gillingham Reading Tutor.\u00a0 Kathy is a life-long member of St. John\u2019s and former student. Kathy has also taught Sunday School\u00a0 and is a Patriot Parent volunteer. Previously, she taught in Waterloo, WI, and Caledonia, MN. Kathy is married to \u00a0Jeff Miller.\u00a0 Kathy and Jeff have 4 grown children, Joshua, Klarissa (Kevin), Justin (Emaline), and Karly and one Grandson, Hank.<\/p>\n

Nickie Buege\u00a0-PreKindergarten<\/h3>\n

Nicole (Schossow) Buege is our Pre-Kindergarten teacher.\u00a0\u00a0 She is a life-long member of Grace Lutheran Church, Ridgeway. Nickie has been a Patriot Parent volunteer and is also an Orton-Gillingham Reading Tutor.\u00a0 Previously, she taught Preschool in LaCrosse, WI. Nickie is married to\u00a0 Brad Buege.\u00a0 \u00a0They have 4 daughters, Allison, Rianna, Mallory, and Baylee.<\/p>\n

Tracy Heyer – Office Manager<\/h3>\n

Tracy (Richards) Heyer has been Office Manager at St. John’s since 2003.\u00a0 She also served as a Sunday School teacher for many years.\u00a0 Tracy is originally from California.\u00a0 She and her husband Dean lived in Nodine for many years and now live in Onalaska.\u00a0 They have five grown children: Christina, Seth, Aaron, Henry, and Melissa and one grandson, Amari.

\"\"Tracy Fedke – Music Teacher<\/h3>\n

Tracy Fedke grew up in Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin as the daughter of a pastor.\u00a0 She holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Vocal Music Education from Minnesota State University. She served at Great Plains Lutheran High School for 6 years. She joined the church band Koine in 2006 and has performed and recorded with them ever since, in addition to composing and performing her own songs, services, and Christmas programs.\u00a0 A wife, mother of three, music teacher, and cancer survivor, she lives each day by the grace and forgiveness of her Savior. Tracy and her husband, Micah, live in Nodine with their three children, Autumn, Sylive, and Moses.<\/p>\n\n\n
